About CS2 Skin Gambling
An independent editorial publication covering CS2 gambling operators since 2023.
CS2 Skin Gambling launched in early 2023 with one editorial bet: that the CS2 gambling niche, which had been served almost entirely by affiliate-driven listicles and YouTube highlight reels, would benefit from long-form reviews written the way music or film criticism is written. Real authorship. Real scoring methodology. Real opinions, defended in print. The publication runs out of small editorial offices in London and Lisbon, employs a three-person editorial team, and refreshes its core ranking quarterly with continuous coverage in between.
Editorial Team
Marcus Vale, Editor-in-Chief. Marcus has covered CS:GO skin economies and the gambling sites that grew up around them since 2018, previously as features editor at a midsize esports publication. He launched CS2 Skin Gambling because every review he had ever written for someone else's masthead felt one paragraph too short. He writes the flagship long-form reviews and runs the editorial wall between CS2 Skin Gambling and its commercial side.
Iris Konstantakou, Senior Reviewer. Iris specialises in case-opening sites and provably fair audits. She runs the weekly Trustpilot triangulation across all 24 operators we monitor, and writes most of our case-focused coverage. Previously a community moderator on a large CS2 trading server.
Devan Murthy, Payments & KYC Lead. Devan times every withdrawal we publish. He came to CS2 Skin Gambling from a regulated European sportsbook where he ran payments product for three years, and is the reason our payout-speed scoring uses real money rather than published claims.
How We Make Money
CS2 Skin Gambling earns revenue through tracked referral links on individual review pages. When a reader signs up to an operator after clicking through, the publication receives a commission. These links exist on review pages that score the operator well and on review pages that score the operator poorly. The commercial side has no input on scoring, methodology, ranking order, or the timing of score changes. The editorial team has no view into commission rates by operator. This wall is what makes the rest of the publication credible. If you spot a violation of it, write to us at the contact below.
